Define Calendar for Absence Limits

Explanation

This activity is used to define calendars for the company. You can define the Gregorian calendar as the standard calendar. Other calendars can be created by specifying the required date period that should amount to one year.

Procedure

  1. Open the Absence Limit Calendar Type window.
  2. Create a new record in the header and enter calendar ID and description in the respective fields.
  3. If you want to define the calendar as the standard Gregorian calendar, select the Standard check box. Note: The table of the window will be disabled for standard calendars.
  4. If it is not a standard calendar, create a new record in the table of the window. Enter the start and end dates of the calendar by using the Valid From and Valid To fields.
