Print Pick List
Explanation
Use this activity to print project item pick lists. You can preview before printing.
The pick list is used as a basis for picking reserved material from inventory. The
pick list does not imply a physical reservation of parts. There are four ways to
generate a project item pick list:
-
From the Report Order window.
-
By selecting and right-clicking on an item(s) in
Project Product/
Items tab.
-
By selecting and right-clicking on an item(s) in
Project Item/Consists
of tab.
-
By selecting and right-clicking on an item(s) in
Project Item Navigator/
Consists of tab.
Prerequisites
To perform this activity, the reserved quantity for the selected project items
should be greater than zero.
System Effects
- All reserved material for the selected project item(s) which haven’t been
printed yet will be printed on the pick list and are available for picking.
- Once the material has been picked, it can then be issued to the project.
- The printed pick list’s information cannot be printed on any other pick
list.
