[Employee Development]

Usage

Use this tab window to display or modify an employee's strengths. The window is divided into two tables. The first one is read-only and displays the positive gap between the employee's competencies and the competencies as specified in the Job Specification window. I.e., the employee has higher competency levels than the job requires. The data in the second table, which you are allowed to modify, is obtained from IFS/Employee Development, Employee Self Assessment/Strengths. If you add new strengths in this window, they are automatically transferred to the Employee Self Assessment window, on the Development Area tab.
