Use this window to view an employee's opportunities for advancement and potential successors. The Succession Analysis window consists of two panes. The left pane contains a graphical tree list, and the pane on the right contains an information window. Select a key employee in the left pane, and the corresponding replacement information is displayed in the right pane. There are two check boxes in the right pane that control the information in the graphical tree list.
