Reopen Maintenance Order

Explanation

This activity is used to reopen a maintenance order. This is useful, for instance, when you need to add additional tasks to the maintenance order.

Prerequisites

To perform this activity, a maintenance order that is in the Work Done status must exist. Sign off must not have been performed on the maintenance order.

System Effects

As a result of this activity, the maintenance order is set to the Started status.

1. Open the Maintenance Order window and query (F3) for the necessary maintenance order.
2. Right-click on the header, point to Status and then click Reopen.
