Supply Detailed Task Information
Explanation
This activity is used to supply detailed information 
for maintenance tasks before the tasks can be completed.
Prerequisites
To perform this activity, a task must exist. This task cannot be in the Finished status.
System Effects
As a result of this activity, detailed task information 
will be supplied and the task can be completed when reaching the Work Done 
status.

Procedure
	- Open the Maintenance Order window 
	and query (F3) for the necessary maintenance order.
- Click the Maint. Order Str. tab. In 
	the graphical object structure, select the required task row, and then click 
	the Supply Task Info subtab.
- Click the Fault tab if you want to enter fault-specific information on 
	the task. 
- You can enter or change the value in the Fault 
	Code and/or Cause Code fields. Use the List of values to select 
	valid values.
- Save the information (F12).
- Click the Modification tab, to enter information on modification tasks. You 
	can enter or change the next execution type and/or update information on the 
	rename of a serial.
- In the Next Exec. Step field, select the 
	new execution type. Valid values are: Initial Inspections, 
	Continued Inspections and Terminating Action.
- Select the Terminate Inspections check box 
	if you want to terminate the inspections of a modification.
- In the Exec. Remark field, enter any 
	information on the modification execution.
- In the Rename Serials area you can enter or 
	change rename-specific information on the serial.
- Save the information (F12).
- Click the Oper Param tab to enter 
	operational parameter values on a task when finishing the task.
- Right click on the table of the window, and then 
	click Suggest Operational Values. The Maintenance Date for 
	Default Values dialog box opens.
- Enter a value in the Maintenance Date 
	field. 
- Click OK.
- Save the information (F12).
- Click the Material List tab to enter information on the material used on the 
	maintenance task processed as a simplified work order. Note that this tab is 
	only made available for tasks with distribution type Simplified Work 
	Order.
- Create a new record (F5) in the table of the 
	window.
- In the Part Number field, enter the part 
	number of the consumed material. Use the List of Values to select a valid 
	value.
- In the Quantity field, enter the quantity 
	of material consumed.
- Save the information (F12).
