Generate MC Package Specification

Explanation

This activity is used to generate a MC package specification for a defined MC package. Refer to About Mechanical Completion and Commissioning and About Component Specification for more information.

Prerequisites

• A predefined template. An object selected for inclusion in the specification must be defined with the MC Package consists of relation description.

System Effects

A MC package specification will be created.

Procedure

1. Open the Design Object Connections window.
2. Search for the objects registered with the MC Package consists of relation. Alternatively you can find the objects connected to an MC Package in the Business Object Explorer.
3. Select one or more result records, right-click and click Create Component Specification.
4. In the MS Excel New dialog box, select a template with the predefined MC check record specifications.
5. Click OK.
