Define Other Contract Parameters (TAT and EGT)

Explanation

Use this activity to define contract parameters e.g., Turn Around Times (TAT) and Exhaust Gas Temperature Margin (EGT).
Turnaround time is the duration in days the repair is to take. The duration should be agreed upon by the customer. The EGT determines the criteria as to how tests should be carried out, i.e., it functions as a quality parameter. This could be a specific temperature that must be fulfilled during the test. Failure to conform to any of the parameters can imply penalties.
