View Reminder History Details

Explanation

The View Reminder History Details activity is used to display statistical data of a reminder proposal for which reminders have been printed or sent by email, fax or XML file output. Reminder History Details is the mid level of the 3-level reminder statistic. You can display the information of the reminded payers per currency and reminder template of a reminder proposal. Cancelled reminders are also displayed.

Prerequisites

This activity requires that reminders have been printed or sent for a payer with a customer reminder proposal.

As a result of this activity the selected information is displayed.

Procedure

To view Reminder History Details:

1. Open Customer Reminder History window.
2. Query for the reminder proposal for which you want to see the history details.
3. Select the proposal, right-click and click Reminder History Details to open Reminder History Details window.
