Perform Complete Output Flow

Explanation

Use this activity to perform all steps related to a complete output flow after you have defined an external load header and output parameter values.

The output steps are:

Prerequisites

An external load must be available that is defined with OutputFile as File Direction and that is not in state File Created.

If the status of the external load is not Empty, then the system will prompt you as to whether it is OK to proceed anyway. If OK, then all steps will be executed, even if some of the steps have already been executed during a previous execution.

System Effects

Executing the complete output flow means that output data is gathered and packed, and then written to a file. If the process is successful, then the output file has been created successfully. If the process fails, then the reported errors must be investigated.
