Define Internal Ledger Code Parts

Explanation

Prerequisites

Before the code parts are defined, the following must have been completed:

• The code parts must have been specified in Define Code String.
• One or more internal ledgers must have been specified in Define Internal Ledgers.

System Effects

The different code parts will be included/excluded in the internal ledger, depending on the contents in this window. When the code parts have been entered, the Internal Posting Methods can be defined.

Procedure

Use the following procedure to define the code parts:

1. Open Internal Code Parts and populate the window to see all code parts set as used in Define Code String.
2. Decide which code parts that are to be included in the internal ledger by checking the appropriate boxes in the Used in IL column.
3. Save the information.
