Enter Address Types for Central Bank Reporting (DE)

Explanation

If you are a German company engaged in foreign trade, use this activity to enter the address types that you will use in your monthly reports to the Bundesbank (Central Bank). 

Prerequisites

• The country codes that are used by your system must be selected by your system administrator (or equivalent person) in the ISO Code Usage window.

System Effects

As a result of this activity, you will be able to select address types from the List of Values when you prepare your monthly reports to the Bundesbank.

Procedure

1. In the Country Code field, use the List of Values to select the country code that represents the county for which you will specify an address type. The system automatically populates the Country Description field based on the code you select.
2. In the Address Type field, enter a code that represent an address type used by the company.
3. In the Description field, enter a description of the address type code you entered in the Address Type field.
4. Save the record.
5. Repeat steps 1 through 4 until you have entered all the address types that you will use when reporting to the Bundesbank (Central Bank).
