Changes regarding the following matters for a project item will result in a record in the journal:

• State
• Connected activity
• Quantity
• Revision
• Site
• Std Planned

Workflow

Creating: New lines are automatically inserted when a project items status changes. You can manually insert lines for information-reasons. The category will be set to INFO for manually inserted lines.

Modifying: Text can be added to the text-field if blank, but once registered, the text cannot be modified.

Removing: It is not possible to remove any journal entries.
