Enter Project Item

Explanation

There are different ways of registering the project items to use in your delivery project. You can use Project Product/Items to identify the items in your delivery project. All individual items to be used in your project's delivery structure can be entered here, including the top part item for the project. You can also insert new items to the project in Project Item/Project Item or in Project Item/Consist Of. By entering the item in Project Item/Consist Of, the item is inserted directly into the structure. Documents and document requirements that are common for all occurrences of this part revision should be connected to the part definition, while documents and document requirements that are specific to this item should be connected to it. Documents can also be connected to the item tag and serial number.
