Enter Spare Part List

Explanation

Use the menu option Add to Spare List to add selected parts to a spare part list.

Additionally, there are two other ways of doing this. You can use the menu option Copy Std Spare List to copy the spare part list from the standard part in IFS/PDM Configuration. In Project Item/Spare Parts, you can add, modify, or view the spare part information.

System Effects

The selected parts are entered in the spare part list for the parent part with the quantity set to 1. The spare part list can later be transferred to Maintenance, together with the project delivery structure.

Procedure

1. In Project Item/Multilevel, select the parts to be inserted in the spare part list.
2. Select the menu option Add to Spare List.

Use Project Item/Spare Parts to manually enter the parts as spare parts.
