Redefine Project Item

Explanation

Use the menu option Redefine to change the status from Designed to Defined.

Prerequisites

• The item must be in Designed status.
• There cannot be any orders for the item (Item No).

System Effects

• The project item's status is set to Defined.
• The old approval routing is connected to the item.
• Designed Date is deleted.
• A line is inserted in the journal.

1. Select the project item you want to set to Defined.
