Use this function to configure how an employees name will be displayed. You can configure the Internal Display Name, which is the name used within the application, and the External Display Name, which is used in the communication with external organizations and authorities. The External Display Name is used by local components, e.g., payroll.

The Internal Display Name will be the name used in the person register in IFS/Enterprise, when an employee is registered in the HR windows.
You select the relevant name items (there are eight available) by setting a sequence number in the fields you want to use. The number value decides the order the item is located. The lowest number means the field is displayed first.
