Define Statistic Period Calendar
Explanation
This activity is used to define statistical period calendars. These calendars 
are used to create snapshots of employee information which are used for 
statistical reports in IFS/Business Analytics.

Procedure
	- Open the Statistic Period Calendar window and create a new 
	record in the header.
- Enter an ID and description for the calendar in the Calendar ID 
	and Description fields.
- Create a new record in the table of the window.
- In the Year field, enter a value for the year.
- In the Period field, enter a description for the period of the 
	year.
- Specify the validity of the calendar period using the From Date 
	and To Date fields.
- In the Headcount Date field, specify the date on which employee 
	information for headcount reports relevant to the period should be gathered.
- You can repeat the above steps to create more years or different periods 
	for the same year.
- Save the information.
