Define Protected Information of Person
Explanation
This activity is used to define specific employee 
information as Protected. The list of information from which you can select the 
information to define as protected are system-defined and cannot be modified.
Prerequisites
There are no prerequisites.
System Effects
The employee information with the Protected check box selected will be hidden 
for users without access to protected persons.

Procedure
	- Open the 
	Protected Information 
	window.
- Populate to view the list of employee information 
	that can be protected or query to find the relevant information you want to 
	define as Protected.
- Select the Protected check box to make 
	selected employee information protected. 
 The employee information Personal Address, Country and Personal 
	Communication Methods have the Protected check box selected by 
	default and they are not allowed to be modified.
