Terminate Employment
Explanation
This activity is used to terminate an employment. Depending on which components
are installed this function terminates a number of assignments. In addition you can
update the employee status and also assign the employee to a 'former employee'
group.
The grouping lets you access the former employee even if the position assignment
is expired or removed. You need access to the group to see the former employees
assigned to the group. The employee status change you specify will
be effective for the employee after the date of termination.
Prerequisites
Employees are required to exist in the company.
