Publish and Distribute Employee Survey
Explanation
This activity is used to publish an employee survey and
distribute it among the participants selected for the survey. When the survey is
published, it is automatically distributed to the survey participants.
If participants are registered for the survey after it is
published, the survey should be republished by the person responsible.
Prerequisites
- The employee survey is required to be in state Approved.
System Effects
- The Employee survey will be published, i.e., the
defined questions, introduction text, ending text etc., will be published.
- The Published check box in the Survey/Participants
tab will be selected.
- Email is sent to all the participants listed in
the Survey/Participants
tab.
- Employees will be able to answer and reply the
survey.

Procedure
- Open the Survey window.
- Query or populate to find the relevant survey in
state Approved.
- Right-click in the header of the window and
click Publish.
