View Survey Participants

Explanation

This activity is used to view the list of participants that have been selected for the survey. An email is sent to participants when the survey is in state Published. For each participant employee, the Published check box is automatically selected when they are informed of the survey.

Prerequisites

Participant selection is required to be defined in the Survey/Participants Selection tab.

1. Open the Survey window.
2. Query or populate to find the relevant survey.
3. Go to the Survey/Participants tab to view the list of participants selected for the survey.
