Use this activity to enter additional information required for the isolation order.

Prerequisites

• An isolation order must exist in the system.
• Maintenance employees should be defined in Organization Basic Data.

System Effects

As a result of this activity, additional information is added to the isolation order.

Procedure

1. Open the Isolation Order window and query for the isolation order that requires additional information (F3).
2. Click the Prepare tab.
3. Enter the dates as to when the establishment and re-establishment of the object are to start and end. Note: These dates are required in order to approve an isolation order.
4. Enter values in the remaining fields depending on your requirement. Use the List of Values to select a suitable value where appropriate.
5. Save the information (F12).
