Prepare Establishment Instructions

Explanation

Use this activity to indicate in what sequence the equipment object has to be placed into which ‘position’, so that the connected work order can be performed under safe conditions. In order to select a position for the object id, the object must have an object type defined, and positions must have been defined for the object type in Equipment Basic Data. 

Use this activity to indicate in what sequence the equipment object has to be placed into which ‘position’. Then the work order connected to isolation order can be performed under safe conditions.

Prerequisites

Before preparing establishment instructions, the following must have been completed:

• The isolation order header must have been created.

System Effects

As a result of this entry, the establishment instructions are prepared and valid for use. In order to start using them, you have to approve the isolation order first.

Procedure

1. Find the isolation order.
2. Select the Establishment Instructions tab and use the New function.
3. Enter the number in the Row No field.
4. In the Site field, use List of Values to select another site, if appropriate.
5. Enter Object ID, Object Type, and Position ID.
6. Save the information.
