Use this function to state meal deductions and own accommodations.

Prerequisites

Before registering Meal Deductions and Own Accommodation, the following must have been completed:

• You must have registered an expense rule and expense code.

Procedure

1. Populate the window or query for the proper Expense Rule.
2. Select New with the cursor in the table window.
3. Use the List of Values to select between the First day or Remaining days options.
4. Mark the checkbox(es) that should be included in the selected Expense Rule.
5. Select Save.
