Use this window to enter, view and modify transaction reasons that are used to record transactions relating to fixed asset objects. Transaction reasons are categorized into three transaction reason types (i.e. acquisition reasons, depreciation reasons and disposal reasons). You can specify whether a transaction reason belongs to a given transaction reason type by selecting the relevant check box in this window. e.g. You can select the Acquisition Reason check box for a transaction reason if you want to use it to record transactions relating to the acquisition of fixed asset objects.
