Check Code Part Requirements For Project Accounting 
Explanation
Use this
activity to check/modify the code part requirements for the code part 
used for project accounting. The code part requirements 
must be either "Can" or "Mandatory" for this code part. 
Prerequisites
Before the code part requirements can be checked, the following must have been 
entered: 
	- The code part to be used for project accounting must have been defined in
	Define Code String in IFS/Accounting Rules.
System Effects
As a result of this activity, the code part requirements are used when a new 
account is entered. When postings are created, a code part value (the project identity) 
can be entered; it is mandatory to enter the project identity for the code part.

Procedure
Use the following procedure to enter/check code part requirements: 
	- Open Account Types and find all the 
	account types. 
- Click the field/fields for the code part used for project accounting and 
	change the code part requirements to Can or Mandatory.
- Save the information. A dialog box is displayed with the following question: 
	"Do you want to update code part requirements for all existing accounts according 
	to your changes?" Click on either Yes or No.
