Change Media Library Item

Explanation

This activity is used to change the contents of a media library item from the Media Library Manager window.

Prerequisites

• This activity requires an existing media library item in a media library.

System Effects

As a result of this activity one of the following three outcomes will result:

1. If you change the values of Default Image or Note Text fields,  then the corresponding media library item will be updated.
2. If you change the picture/text and the respective media item is connected only to one media library item then the corresponding media item will get updated.
3. If you change the picture/text and, the respective media item is connected to more than one media library, then a new media item is created with the changed parameters which will be connected to the changed media library item.

Procedure

1. Navigate to the Media Library Manager window with the corresponding record.
2. Select the record to be modified in the table and do your changes.
3. Save the record.
