Change Print Settings

Explanation

This activity is used to change the print setting of a given report from the default setting specified in the Media Library Manager window. Print settings defined for each media item in the Media Library Manager window become the default setting for all available reports. However, it is possible to differentiate this setting for each report through this activity.

Prerequisites

• This activity requires an existing media library item.

System Effects

• Default print settings defined for the media library item is overwritten by the settings specified for the given report.

Procedure

1. Navigate to the Media Library Manager window with the corresponding record.
2. Right-click and then click Print Details to open the Print Details dialog box.
3. For each of the records in the table, change the value in Media Print Option list as required.
4. Click OK.

Note: If you want to cancel report-specific print settings and use the settings defined at the media library item, then select Use Default Settings check box in the Print Details dialog box.
