Conduct Safety Investigation

Explanation

This activity is used to enter answers for the questions relevant to the inspection. The safety inspection template connected to the safety inspection will determine the questions that are required to be answered. Additionally, if required, it is also possible to manually enter questions which are not included in the safety inspection template.

Procedure

1. Open the Safety Inspection window.
2. Search or populate to find the required inspection report.
3. Go to the Safety Inspection Questions table and enter answers and comments for the listed questions.
4. Save the information.
