Complete Safety Actions for Risk Assessment

Explanation

This activity is used to complete the safety actions connected to control measures and personnel groups in the risk assessment.

Prerequisites

In order to perform this activity;

• Control measures are required to be defined for the risk assessment in the Risk Assessment/Hazards/Risk Control Measures tab.
• Personnel groups at risk by a selected hazard (linked to the risk assessment) are required to be defined in the Risk Assessment/Hazards/Risk Control Measures tab.

Procedure

1. Open the Risk Assessment window.
2. Search or populate to find the required risk assessment.
3. In the Hazard navigator, select a hazard ID. The Risk Control Measures tab and the Potential Harm tab will be enabled.
    
4. Go to the Potential Harm tab and select a personnel group connected to the hazard. The safety actions linked to the personnel group will show in the Safety Actions table.
5. Select the required safety action, right-click and click Complete. The status of the safety action will change to Completed.
    
6. Go to the Risk Control Measures tab and select a control measure. The safety actions linked to the control measure will show in the Safety Actions table.
7. Select the required safety action, right-click and click Complete. The status of the safety action will change to Completed.
