Define Safety Inspection Team

Explanation

This activity is used to create a team of persons for inspection.

Prerequisites

In order to perform this activity;

• A fire inspection is required to be already created in the Safety Inspection window.
• Persons are required to be already defined in the Person window.

Procedure

1. Open the Safety Inspection window.
2. Search or populate to find an safety inspection of type FIRE.
3. Right-click on the header and click Safety Inspection Team to open the Safety Inspection Team window.
4. Create a new record.
5. Enter the company ID and person ID in the relevant fields. If the person has an employment in the company, the employee ID will show in the Emp ID field.
6. Describe the person's role in the Role field.
7. Save the information.
