Define Inspection Templates

Explanation

This activity is used to define question templates for safety inspections.

Prerequisites

In order to perform this activity, safety inspection questions are required to be already defined in the Inspection Basic Data/Safety Inspection Question tab.

Procedure

1. Open the Safety Inspection Basic Data/Safety Inspection Template tab.
2. Create a new record and enter a template ID in the Safety Inspection Template field.
3. Create a new record in the table and enter the safety inspection questions for the template in the Safety Inspection Question field. Select questions using the list.
4. Save the information.
