Recommend Actions for Potential Harm

Explanation

This activity is used to recommend actions for potential risks. You can recommend actions for each personnel group associated with a hazard.

Prerequisites

In order to perform this activity,

• Templates of actions are required to be already defined in the Safety Action Basic Data/Safety Action Template tab.
• Personnel groups are required to be linked to the hazard in the Potential Harm table of the Risk Assessment/Hazards/Risk Handling tab.

Procedure

1. Open the Risk Assessment window.
2. Search or populate to find the required risk assessment.
3. In the Hazard navigator, select a hazard ID. The Potential Harm tab will be enabled.
4. Select one record in the table.
5. Now, go to the Actions table, right-click and click Get Actions from Template. The Select Safety Action Template dialog box will open.
6. Select a template of actions by using the list.
7. Click OK to save the actions.
8. Save the information.
