Recommend Actions for Control Measures

Explanation

This activity is used to recommend actions for risk control measures. You can recommend actions for each control measure linked to the hazard.

Prerequisites

In order to perform this activity,

• Templates of actions are required to be already defined in the Safety Action Basic Data/Safety Action Template tab.
• Risk control measures are required to be linked to the hazard in the Risk Control Measures table of the Risk Assessment/Hazards/Risk Control Measures tab.

Procedure

1. Open the Risk Assessment window.
2. Search or populate to find the required risk assessment.
3. In the Hazard navigator, select a hazard ID. The Risk Control Measures tab will be enabled.
4. Select one record in the table.
5. Now, go to the Actions table, right-click and click Get Actions from Template. The Select Safety Action Template dialog box will open.
6. Select a template of actions by using the list.
7. Click OK to save the actions.
8. Save the information.
