Register Hazards for Risk Assessment

Explanation

This activity is used to define the actual hazards which can cause accidents in the organization. Hazards may be of different types.

Prerequisites

In order to perform this activity, hazard types are required to be already defined in the Risk Assessment Basic Data/Hazard Types tab.

Procedure

1. Open the Risk Assessment Basic Data/Hazards tab and create a new record.
2. In the Hazard field, enter a value to identify the hazard.
3. In the Hazard Type field, enter the type of hazard. Select a value from the list.
4. Also enter a description of the hazard in the Description field.
5. Save the information.
