Explanation

This activity is used to define locations in the company which can be used when managing health and safety in the company.

Prerequisites

In order to perform this activity, the log in user is required to have user access to companies registered in the system.

Procedure

  1. Open the Safety Inspection Basic Data/Location tab and create a new record.
  2. In the Company ID field, enter the company in which you want to define a location. Use the list to select a value.
  3. In the Location ID field, enter an ID for the location.
  4. In the Address 1 and Address 2 fields, specify addresses for the location.
  5. Specify the city and state in which the company location is situated using the City and State fields.
  6. Enter the zip code and country of the location in the relevant fields.
  7. Save the information.
