Schedule Risk Assessment

Explanation

This activity is used to create a schedule of risk assessments to be performed in relation to the risk assessment already selected in the Risk Assessment window. That is, you can schedule the same type of risk assessment to be conducted on a future date by creating a new risk assessment record. However, details of the new risk assessment can also be modified.

Procedure

1. Open the Risk Assessment window.
2. Search or populate to find the required risk assessment.
3. Go to the Risk Assessment/Risk Schedules tab.
4. Right-click and click Generate Scheduled Risk Assessment to open the Create Scheduled Risk Assessment dialog box.
5. Specify the date of the next risk assessment in the Date of Next Scheduled Risk Assessment field.
6. Click OK to schedule the risk assessment.
7. Go to the Risk Assessment/Schedule tab. A new risk assessment is created with a new ID.
