Define Competency Scale

Explanation

Use this function to define competency scales. In order to measure competencies, you define levels, which you then rank. These levels are connected per each competency group, enabling you to have different levels for different groups. It is advisable not to define too many levels per group.

1. Populate the window, and select a Competency Group Name.
2. Tab down into the tab window, and specify your data.
3. Save.
