Calculate Interim Demand Cost

Explanation

Use this activity to calculate the costs for an interim demand.

Prerequisites

If the part is configurable, it must have a configuration attached.

System Effects

Costs will be calculated for the interim demand and can then be compared against a shop order. Costs can be seen in the Costs tab of Interim Order.

Procedure

1. From Interim Demand Header, query on the interim demand whose costs you want to calculate.
2. Right-click anywhere in the header, then click Calculate Cost.
3. To store the costs in Inventory Part Configuration when the inventory value is defined as Cost per Configuration,  right-click anywhere in the header. then click Save Standard Cost.
4. To view the costs, select the Costs tab of Interim Order.
