Connect or Change Availability Control ID (Single)

Explanation

The availability control ID is connected to inventory location records and is used for determining availability. This functionality is useful, for example, to perform a modification or a test before using or selling the part. It can also be used when a part is being taken out of stock.

If an availability control ID is already connected to an inventory location record, you can change the connection or completely remove it. If the inventory location record does not have a connection, you can make a new one. When you enter an availability control ID for an inventory location record, it is valid from that moment forward. This means that demands and purchase orders that are already entered will not be affected.
