Register Issue of Pallet Handled Parts

Explanation

Usually, the system automatically registers issues from inventory for customer orders or shop orders. If you need to enter issues of pallet-handled parts manually, it can be done in this window. However, the pallet status must be available, e.g., it cannot be reserved.

Procedure

  1. In the upper part of the window, either populate or query for the part number in question.
  2. Optionally, you can add a note to be entered in this inventory transaction. You can regard this note as a means of indicating the person responsible for the transaction or its cause.
  3. Select the Pallet tab. In the lower part of the window, you now can see one or several locations where your pallets are located.
  4. Select one or several lines of the location from which you want to issue pallets and select Issue Pallet in the operations menu.
  5. In the message box that appears, click OK.
