Modify Intrastat Report Lines

Explanation

All EU members must report exported and imported parts to and from other EU countries every month. The authorities use the information for their statistics follow-up. To be able to create this report, the correct information must be selected from the system once a month.

You can change or add information to the Intrastat report lines before the Intrastat report is confirmed. It is also possible to cancel lines that should not be included in the report.

Prerequisites

• An Intrastat report in Released status must exist. If it is in Confirmed status, it must first be returned to Released status.

System Effects

The Intrastat report line(s) is updated with the new information.

Procedure

To change an Intrastat line:

1. Populate or query for the Intrastat report you want to modify.
2. In the Intrastat/Intrastat Lines tab window, make the desired changes to the lines.
3. Save.

To change more than one Intrastat line at the same time:

1. Populate or query for the Intrastat report you want to modify.
2. In the Intrastat/Intrastat Lines tab window, select the lines you want to modify.
3. Right-click and choose Update Intrastat Lines... from the menu that appears.
4. In the Update Intrastat Lines dialog box, enter the new values in the New Value column for the columns that should be updated.
5. Click OK.

To add a new Intrastat line:

1. In the Intrastat/Intrastat Lines tab window, select New.
2. Enter the required information on the line.
3. Save.
