Create Disposition Codes for MRB

Explanation

This activity is used to create a new disposition code for a Material Review Board (MRB) case. A disposition code defines a kind of action required to be taken after the MRB evaluates the parts. This may include using a part as it is, scrapping a part, reworking a part, or returning a part to the vendor. When registering a disposition code for scrapping a part in a Shop Order (SO), the Verify SO Scrap feature can be used. This allows MRB to check whether the part has been scrapped in a SO, before completing the MRB case.
