Create Report for Production Schedule WIP

Explanation

Use this activity to print a report of parts with work in progress. The Report contains information about parts, production line, posting cost group and cost source.

Prerequisites

This activity requires that a part must have material issued or operations reported.

As a result of this activity the system prints a report of parts with work in progress.

Procedure

  1. Specify the site for which you need to print the report in the Site field. Use List to select from available sites. Entering a value in this field is required.
  2. Specify the Production Line for which you need to print the report in the Production Line field. Use List to select from available Production lines. Entering a value in this field is optional.
  3. Specify the part number for which you need to print the report in the Part No field. Use List to select from available parts. Entering a value in this field is optional.
  4. Specify the Planner for which you need to print the report in the Planner field. Use List to select from available Planners. Entering a value in this field is optional.
  5. Specify the required Snapshot ID. If the Snapshot ID field is left blank, the system calculates a new snapshot ID and creates a report based on that. Otherwise use List to select a snapshot ID on another date in order to create the report based on the selected Snapshot ID.
  6. Click OK.
  7. The Print Report dialog box appears; you can choose page layout, language, etc.
  8. Once you make required changes, click OK to print the report directly, Cancel to abort the printing, or Preview to preview the report.
  9. If you selected Preview, the report is displayed for review. After reviewing, click Print to print the report.
