Use this activity to run the Kanban Audit report, which compares the Kanban cards expected for a Kanban circuit to those actually in circulation on the shop floor. This report allows you to check the status of individual cards to ensure that no extra or inaccurate ones remain on the floor. The report lists the cards that are expected in the circuit, including such details as card identifier and bar code ID. Note that you cannot run the report if the cards are distributed across a wide geographic region, e.g, between your site and that of a distant supplier.
This activity requires that Kanban cards exist for an active circuit.
As a result of this activity the system runs the Kanban Audit report for the selected circuits.
