Shop Order Load per Line
Explanation
Use this activity to analyze the workload of a particular work center during a
specified interval of time. You can view the workload per day or per week. The graph at
the bottom of the Load per Production Line window shows
either the
specified resource's available capacity or its theoretical capacity. Every load that goes over the capacity line is overload.
Prerequisites
This activity requires the existence of a defined production line
associated with a work center used in a shop order.
System Effects
As a result of this activity, the system shows a graphical representation of the load
per production line.

Procedure
- Query or populate the window.
- Select the production line you want to analyze in the
Line list. The
current workload within the given time interval appears on the graph.
- If you want to study a workload for another time interval, type the dates in the
From Date and To Date fields.
- To update the graph, reselect the production line in the
Line list.
- If you want to study the workload per week instead of per day, select the
Weekly
check box. The system automatically recalculates the graph to display the weekly load.
- Select a value in the Show Capacity as list to indicate how
capacity should be calculated for the graph.
