Shop Order Load per Resource
Explanation
Use this activity to study the workload of a particular resource during a specified
interval of time. You can study the workload per day or per week. The graph at the bottom
of the Load per Resource window shows either the specified
resource's available capacity or its theoretical capacity. Every load that goes over the capacity line
is overload.
Prerequisites
This activity requires that a resource be defined and associated with a work center
used in a shop order.
System Effects
As a result of this activity, the system shows a graphical representation of the load
per resource.

Procedure
- Select the resource you want to study in the
Resource ID list. The current
workload within the given time interval appears on the graph.
- If you want to study a workload for another time interval, type the dates in the
From Date and To Date fields.
- To update the graph, reselect the resource in the
Resource ID list.
- If you want to study the workload per week instead of per day, select the
Weekly
check box.
- Select a value in the Show Capacity as list to indicate how
capacity should be calculated for the graph.
