Evaluate Project MS Action Messages

Explanation

This activity is used to study the action proposals generated by the project master scheduling (project MS) process. You may view these action messages for either a single part at a time or for all the parts that you are responsible for as the planner.

Prerequisites

This activity requires that project MS must have been performed.

Procedure

To view project MS action messages per part:

1. Open the Project MS Part window and query for the desired part.
2. Click the Action Messages tab to study the messages generated by project MS for that part in the site and planned netting group (PNG) displayed in the window header.

To view project MS action messages per planner:

1. Open the Project MS Action Proposals window.
2. Populate the window or query for a planner to view the project MS action messages that exist for that planner.
