Create HSE Batch Transfer Messaging

Explanation

This activity is used to transfer the structures. It is possible to transfer the structures that have been changed since the previous transfer and also the structures that are in the Buildable status.

Prerequisites

The HSE Site needs to be entered in the Part /Dangerous Goods Classification tab.

Procedure

To perform this activity using the Recipe Structure window:

1. Open the Recipe Structure window and click the Recipe Structure tab.
2. Populate or query for the part.
3. Right-click and then click Transfer to HSE.
4. The transfer details will be displayed in Transferred to HSE field.

To perform this activity using the Transfer Structures to HSE assistant:

1. Open the Transfer Structures to HSE window.
2. Select the necessary check boxes under Transfer Parameters.
3. Click Schedule and follow the steps of the assistant.
